Fallen into a cooking slump. Past three meals I’ve prepared have been mid at best. How do I get out of this? I winged the meals. To be fair, I do lots of meals without recipes. I eyeball a lot, and maybe I’ll share the results of some of those here in the days to come. So how do I get out of this slump? Maybe it’s time to open a recipe book again? Maybe invite friends over for dinner? Never blown a lead when I’ve prepared meals for friends. I don’t know what the answer is, but I did just purchase a 6.75 qt Dutch oven for emotional support.
